i have recieved a picture message but my phone doesnt have that feature. in the message it says to go to viewmymessage.com and put in the id and password it gave me. i did just that but viewmymessage.com says the id and password is wrong. what do i do?

Have you tried deleting cookies/clearing your browser? Also you should try with another browser/another computer if you haven't already done so. I'm not having any issue getting to viewmymessage.com.
You aren't trying from your phone, correct? I could be wrong, but I don't think the site is accessible from a phone's browser.
